Otter Store was born from a real need we saw in the industry: available inspection equipment was imported, expensive to maintain and had no nearby technical support. We decided to manufacture our own.
From the first prototype to the current range, every piece of equipment has been designed alongside the professionals who use it: drainage operators, municipal technicians and network maintenance engineers. This has allowed us to build products that genuinely work in the field, not just in a laboratory.
Today we are a team of engineers and technicians specialised in pipe network inspection and maintenance systems, with our own facilities in Cantabria and direct technical support across the whole of mainland Spain.
We design and manufacture every unit at our own facilities. We control every component and every process, which allows us to guarantee quality and adapt any piece of equipment to specific requirements.
We sell directly. No distributors, no added margins. The technician who serves you on the sale is the same person who built the equipment and who will provide technical support if you need it.
Our technical team is available to answer questions, provide operational training and handle repairs. There are no call centres: you speak directly with someone who knows the equipment.
If your unit goes in for repair, we send you a replacement so your work does not stop. We dispatch within 24/48 h to any point on the mainland.
